BUST
Measure underneath your armpits over the fullest part of your bust, without pulling the tape measure too tight. Check to make sure the tape measure is straight and parallel to the floor.
WAIST
Your waistline is the smallest part of your torso, generally below your ribs and above your belly button. To measure your waist, make sure the tape measure is pulled tight, but isn’t digging into your skin. Breathe out naturally and take your measurement.
HIPS
Measure the distance around the widest part of your hips. Make sure the tape measure is over the largest part of your buttocks.
